No. Photos are processed for your project and deleted within 30 days. You can delete earlier in account settings. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention and deletion timeline.

Is this a real security audit?

No. Wardly produces an AI visualization for planning conversations. It is not a licensed security audit, insurance assessment, or court-grade evidence. For any of those, consult a licensed security professional.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in your Billing page. You retain access through the end of the billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription days.

What happens to unused credits?

Subscription credits do not roll over month to month. Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months and unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Can I upload photos of someone else's home?

Only with the owner's explicit consent. Uploading homes you don't live in or own — to surveil, stalk, or plan unauthorized entry — is strictly prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy.

What is your refund policy?

See /refund-policy. In short: subscription cancels mid-cycle keep access through period end, unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days, and consumed credits are non-refundable.
